FECH Volunteers

The Friends Group is very grateful for all donations. We spend money on maintaining the nature reserve, in partnership with Edinburgh Council, for everyone to enjoy and to enable the plants and animals to thrive here.

Our funds enable us to run volunteer sessions and maintain communication channels which help people engage with the LNR.

Our activities include:

  • supporting local children and young people with their Duke of Edinburgh award projects
  • running informative walks for people to learn more about the area
  • buying seed to propagate wildflowers

Every penny goes towards our aims to keep the hill a special place for everyone to enjoy.

If you have enjoyed spending time on Easter Craiglockhart Hill, please consider supporting our work.

You can use the PayPal button here to donate. You do not need to have PayPal account as it will also handle payment by debit or credit cards.

If you have enjoyed spending time on the hill, please consider supporting our work.

Your help will mean that we can continue to preserve and protect Easter Craiglockhart Hill as an oasis of peace and serenity in the heart of our busy city.
